Ergonomic touring double seat for the following motorcycle types:
BMW F650GS, F750GS and F800GS.

OUR MAIN GOAL while designing this seat was to terminate the severe comfort insufficiencies of the factory (and some aftermarket) seats with stopping the driver's continuous slipping on the fuel tank and the passenger's slipping on the driver - especially at breakings and engine break.

Therefore the shape and the structure of the Borbro F 650/750/800 GS seat differ at several important points from the original:

  • The BASEPAN became flattened as much as possible, as this is a main root of the comfortless sitting feeling.
    (The injected plastic factory basepan (which is also used at many aftermarket seats) create lot of problematic pressure points below the badly shaped cushion.)

  • The front part of our SEAT'S CUSHION is significantly (about 4.5-5cms) higher without a so deep point at the front as on the original seat. This way the driver do not has to sit on his "balls" and his spine remains straight to avoid pain in the waist, and it helps to keep his/her ideal sitting position in the right distance.

    THE BORBRO F 650/750/800 GS SEAT WILL GIVE YOU A REALLY DIFFERENT AND NEW SITTING FEELING.
    ... according to us: much more comfortable and stabile but doubtlessly HIGHER at the same time.
    This way this double seat is recommended mainly FOR DRIVERS OVER 180 CMS HEIGHT to reach the ground at least with half sole.


    The passenger also got a padding on the rear seat part, which gives a more stabile sitting position (and a bit thicker foam, too) for her/him as well, and a comfortable support for the driver's bottom.

  • Our foam shape - and the basepan as well - also features our unique Ergonomic Comfort Groove for the tail bone (- Oxys Coccyx) that takes away the pressure point from the bottom of the spine, and this way it ensures painless sitting on longer runs as well for the driver and also for the passenger.

  • Wider cushion for bigger support and better sitting comfort for the driver and the passenger as well.

    In case you purchase a Borbro seat, you DO NOT have to return your original BMW seat - unlike at most other aftermarket seat brands -, because that's not what we work from!
    We build a complete new seat for you, much more comfortable than the original!
